2 - Avoid Processed Foods

You know to avoid medications even in small dosages because they have side effects. You might be unaware that processed foods contain chemicals in even greater amounts that can cause problems with your digestion, nervous system, immunity, and skin. Processed foods also have unhealthy levels of added sugar, sodium, and fat that can lead to obesity, heart disease, hypertension, and diabetes. All of these conditions are linked to sexual dysfunction.

3 - Eat High Quality Foods

Avoid processed foods and sugar. Processed foods often times contain unhealthy fats and chemicals that damage your body and disrupt hormones. Sugar spikes your insulin levels which leads to fat storage, cardiovascular disease, and diabetes.

4 - Consume 2 Palms of Protein

Consume lean protein at the start of every meal - tofu, eggs, chicken, fish. On 4 out of 7 days, take tofu as your source of protein. Meat contains fats that slow your circulation and weaken erection.

5 - Eat Plenty of Vegetables

Have at least a plate of varied vegetables for nutrition and fibre with meals to prevent blood sugar spikes and fat storage.

6 - Consume Healthy Fats

Take 2 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil with every meal. This slows digestion so you get steady energy and don’t crave snacks. And boosts testosterone and blood circulation to improve sex drive and erection.

 

7 - Enjoy 2 Palms of Fruit

At the end of your meals, take a few fruits for vitamins and energy. Eat whole fruit with its fibre, not juice. Minimise rice and noodles as a source of carbohydrates since they offer little nutritional value and spike your blood sugar to increase fat storage.

8 - Supplement for Optimal Health

Smart eating habits that include superfoods will definitely improve your nutrition and health without causing harm to your body.
