Uva Ursi supplies Arbutin which is hydrolyzed to hydroquinone in urina. This molecule exerts antiseptic effects against Candida albicans, Staphylococcus aureus and E. coli bacteria. Uva Ursi also helps aggregate bacterial particles in the urine so they can be more easily excreted.
