1 - Skip Breakfast

2 - Avoid Processed Foods

5 - Eat Plenty of Vegetables
Have at least a plate of varied vegetables for nutrition and fibre with meals to prevent blood sugar spikes and fat storage.
6 - Consume Healthy Fats
