CATERGORY: BOOST TESTOSTERONE
Testosterone Decline And The Loss of Manhood
Normal testosterone levels are at least 300 ng/dL in blood. Testosterone peaks around ages 18 to 20 then declines throughout adulthood. As men get older, their testosterone levels generally declines about 1 percent per year after age 30.
Low testosterone levels can cause changes in sexual function, including:
• reduced sexual desire, or low libido
• fewer spontaneous erections
• impotence
• erectile dysfunction (ED)
• infertility
Other signs of low testosterone levels include:
• changes in sleep patterns
• difficulty concentrating
• lack of motivation
• reduced muscle bulk and strength
• decreased bone density
• large breasts in men
• depression
• fatigue
These conditions seem to be expected signs of aging. And are thought to come from the decline of testicular and hypothalamic-pituitary function which is a part of aging.
However in a study of 325 men in excellent health ranging in age from 40 to 97 with average body mass index (BMI) of 26, testosterone levels did not significantly differ across the entire group of men despite large age differences!
It appears that age along does not make you testosterone deficient. Poor self-care and underlying health conditions are likely contributing factors for the decline in testosterone and manhood.
With proper application of clinically backed findings, it’s possible to maintain your testosterone levels and sexual performance for the long-term. That’s exactly our approach at Zesttee! We invite you to get started today.
