During the process of ejaculation, sperm from the Testes passes through the ejaculatory ducts and mixes with fluids from the Seminal Vesicles, the Prostate, and the Bulbourethral glands to produce semen. Semen is comprised of sperm (2-5%), seminal fluid (65-75%), Prostate fluid (25-30%), and pre-ejaculate fluid from Bulbourethral glands (< 1%).
